Robin was born to a military family, and has spent her life moving around the East Coast. She graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2013 with a B.A. in Religion and Philosophy before entering and promptly leaving seminary. Robin is one of IPS’s Development Associates, working to ensure the ready and timely funding of IPS programs since late 2017. She writes for IPS on trans issues and served as a member of IPSWU’s bargaining committee from 2023 to 2024. Robin has previously worked in grassroots fundraising and advocacy. Outside of her work at IPS, she is a novelist and poet.
